Servion Realty is excited to share that Chris Nowak, one of our talented Realtors, is now leading the company as our new vice president and broker!
Chris brings more than 20 years of successful strategic, operations and training-focused leadership experience to Servion Realty. Prior to entering the real estate industry, he progressed through a series of roles at a Fortune 50 company, where he was responsible for managing, recruiting and developing hundreds of employees. He then held leadership roles at several small- and medium-sized companies. Chris will oversee all aspects of Servion Realty, including a team of more than 20 licensed Realtors®.
Chris’s promotion to this leadership role is the result of a months-long strategic transition plan in which Stacy Gerrety, Servion Realty’s former broker-manager, will remain with the company as a Realtor®. Stacy, who has been with the company since 2010 and became broker-manager in 2012, decided to return to a full-time Realtor® role after eight years leading the organization. Stacy will maintain her broker’s licenses and will remain our broker for Wisconsin.
“We are thankful for everything Stacy has done to position Servion Realty for growth, and we are excited to turn the reins over to Chris as our new broker-manager,” said Brad Crandall, CEO of The Servion Group. “Chris is a proven leader who we believe can pick up where Stacy leaves off and move our real estate company into the future. He takes over at an important time for Servion Realty as we grow and further develop our real estate business model.”
Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in elementary education with an emphasis in mathematics from St. John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota. He also holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
