We are also seeing an increase in the amount of sellers who will now review those offers, plus a surprising amount of sellers who will accept those offers if the terms & conditions are right. In Minnesota, from 2007-2013 due to the market conditions, an offer being submitted or accepted with the contingency on selling a back-up home was unusual. Typically, the contracts will dictate that this contingency is removed when the back-up home has accepted an offer and has executed contracts.
