The Twin Cities housing market has seen continued price increases, with the average sales price increasing over 9% from last year to around 250K.  Prices are going up, however, inventory is too, which may lead to a slower increase in prices in 2015.  However, we will have to see what the spring market in 2015 brings.  For more thorough data, please read this article from SPAAR, St. Paul Area Association of Realtors:
